Salad Sanctuary

During the Summer I am planning on focusing on an immense detox to rinse out those revolting fatty acids i've had accumulating since January. Now listen, never in my life I have "cooked", what I'm about to shed light on to you is definitely the best salty/sweet snack i've come across. Aren't we all so lucky to be granted this recipe? The answer is yes.

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1 cup hearts of romaine
  • 5-10 raspberries (or as many as your heart desires) 
  • 1 tablespoon goat cheese, trust.
  • 2 tablespoons of walnuts (roasted or honey is delish btw)
  • 3 tablespoons of raspberry vinaigrette
These ingredients aren't fancy, nor expensive. I bought all of this at my grocery store for under 25 $ and that will definitely feed me for a week. You can totally substitute raspberries for strawberries, goat cheese for mozzarella or the salad for Ben & Jerry's

Quick Tip: Hydrate ! Water (or an amazing tea) goes excellent with this salad, after consuming all that goat cheese, your tongue will be begging you for Aquafina
